Usually those things that you have great concern for are usually the very things GOD is calling you to minister in. Everyone has DIFFERENT administrations of gifting. So my suggestion would be to start a ministry to the nursing home, jail, prison, and mental hospital and then the same GOD of healing would be made known.... Just a thought

Even King Saul of the old covenant received the Holy Spirit, but back then when people received the Holy Spirit they'd prophecy. They received the Holy Spirit, but they didn't get a fire baptism until pentecost. Tongues had not been manifest until then also, but a fire baptism is different than just receiving the Holy Spirit.
