You might need to check your sources because Bully 2 isnt even on the R* site yet while GTA V has had one trailer and has its own R* page.

Maybe Tommy Vercetti didn't work for Forelli Mafia and remain in Liberty City running some business, CJ never return to Los Santos and remain in Liberty City, and create a business (these are just examples), or Victor Vance didn't die in 1986..
