Father has to get together n protest if we want to make the family law system to change n give equal rights. Im going thru custody battle where my soon to b xwife hit me. I file for divorce due to domestic violence n im the one living in the marital residential but the court gave temporary custody to the mom. She is living in a shelter with no job n both child n mother r being kept away from me like im some kind of a criminal. It took me a year n a half to finaly get overnight visitation.

@southperth22 I and no decent parent will ever... ever give up. Yes the system is a mess, and worse it is a fraud and racket operating under the colour of law. But finally enough people are standing up to it, and that is what it takes to force a change. I have discovered a dirty little secret, fact most court orders for custody and child support are based on void judgments. That means they can be gotten rid of and it would then be possible to sustitute a fair arrangement in its place.

from $5700. to 0. still supervised visits due to lack of parentship. I beat the restraining order that was falsely ordered. i have no convictions of dv. Nor were ever any charges filed. No my daughter age 10. has been to child abuse intervention IN Tacoma wa. 4xs for accusations of sex abuse from mothers boy friends. the last husnabd pled guilty to molestation in the 1st. (04-090) CPS. has not taken action against her for failing to parent. BUT I am just a father HOW COULD I CARE ?

If i knew about this I woukld have done it here in my community.

I was taken away from my daughter at age 18. due to a restraining order. she was 13 months. I was told i could have supervised visits with her. (pending order of paterninty). The mother took over a year to do that. mean while filling another order, getting another year. i was told until that paterninty test was done i had nio daughter. year 3 paterninty established. 5700 in back child support.
