For flips. start out on a trapoline. get flips down good on that first. after you get flips on tramploine do less bounce. after that go out and buy a plastic snowboard from a store or borrow someones. use it on the trampoline and do flip. after that take it out on the snow :) good luck pm me if it helps.

for flips tilt ur head and tuck allot also using ur hands to create motion helps me

Yeah deffinetly tuck more and use your hands for momentum, A lot of people will put their hands up to try and catch themselves when they start to fall. You should really swing your hands and arms in the direction of the flip, you have crashed before so it's not a huge deal, you need all the momentum to carry you around. After you get that down you can work from there.

another idea for flips is to try out a smaller board the one your riding here looks a little long for you, if its shorter you can throw it better and have more control.
