Does the wheel come with different types of tread ? I prefer low profile tires and a shiney hub..Maybe add a shock ,oh oh and a nice suspension to keep the wheel going straight and maybe even a power steering..

i have a 6 pack and he is doing it exactly right. if you stand up, go too far or do any other dumb shit on it then ur not working abs, ur putting pressure on ur lower back and u'll end up fuckin urself up for the future, but ok..keep doing what u guys are doig, elevate on toes and go all the way down to the ground and enjoy the chiropractor visits!

I started doing it like that and hurt my back, someone taught me the right way and never had a problem again. he is doing it totally wrong.
