use dual iron daggers with 2/5 stealth and you can hit them without waiting...it also increases your one handed effectiveness :) great video got from 23 to 100 in literally 10 min

I have a better way to do this. In the same area, there is a sleeping quarter for the monks. Wait for one to go to sleep, crouch behind him, and attack. The "eye" will close much more quickly. I've found that with the Healing Hands spell you can heal the monk after every attack, or else he will get upset and get up and look at you, wasting time. Plus you're also leveling Restoration at the same time as Sneak. Thanks for the general video though, it gave me this idea.

I prefer the "Ulfr the Blind" technique. Just use a rubber band on the left stick the walk up against the wall while hidden, and use the 'Muffle' spell to silence your movement, increasing your Illusion skill in the process. WAAAY better.

get your enchanting up to 100 then get an ebony bow, use anchanting buffs or watever and apply fire and ice enchancements, with this you can one shot most dragons if a good enough level

Also, don't grab any of the bonuses that add to the sneak damage, they will fight back. First swing after grabbing Backstab, he got up froze me solid grabbed his buddies then did an old fasioned.. reload game :P

If you really want to do this faster, instead of waiting for their health to regen, all you have to do is use the "Healing Hands" spell on them. You will be able to attack more, get more sneak levels, and you will level up your restoration as well.

You can also, at the start of the game, when you get your handcuffs of, only take the sword, nothing else...make sure nothing else, this way he wont open the gate, and you can hack him in the back too. Not sure if it gives you sneak points, but one armor for sure. How did you get to that location? you need a key right?

i did this to the stormcloak guy at the beggining of the game. you have to take the key from the imperial captain befor he does, then you have to hit him so your one handed increases. After you level up u need to pick the firs perk for sneak. after this you can keep sneak attacking him until your sneak is maxed out and by the time u leave helgen keep your almost lvl 20

No one mentioned that the first time you visit the Greybeards they tutor you the Unrelenting Force by creating a ghost as a target. Well sneak on the ghost and attack it. 2 levels per ghost and they never stop summoning one until you use the Unrelenting Force. Nice try though

Everyone, you can also do this at the tutorial bit, just follow the chosen side, imperial or stormcloaks idolf, or had w.e his name, wait intill u see the bear sleeping, you have options, steal around the bear, or sneak attack, well he crouches, go behind him, sneak, hit, wait 2secs, hit again, you will do 3x sneak early in game, i got to level 40 sneak before i decided to continue, also can level up 1h/2h Destruction skill this way.. he won't attack, and can't be killed
