@littlenero i tried this yesterday with 1 part sugar to 1 part water, and 1 big mango or 2-3 small ones, 1/4 cup lime juice, 1 tsp lime zest.. that should work perfectly fine :)
@littlenero just put 2 parts sugar and 1 part water. if you cook often enough, or use a bit of common sense, you'd even out the ingredients like the 2parts sugar and 1 part water for example. then if you want more mango flavour, put 2 mangoes . less then only 1. just like that.
the sugar and water thing is sumthing like a sugarsirup!u allways has 2 take for example 200 grams sugar and 200 ml of water!always 1/1 !when it comes 2 the boil it is done!u dont need 2 stir!greetings from germany
