@MsPebbles2010 the only reason people get hurt there is because they don't use common since and get drunk and try to show off or jump when the water is up thats why that dude from court house died last year

A word to the wise watching this video and planning to visit the East Monroe Falls... there is a rock shelf hidden under the water. If you don't know the Falls, take time to explore the shelf's location. More than one person has been killed at this dangerous location. Others have been paralyzed from broken necks. You can't jump from just anywhere there! Also it is NOT public property and it is illegal to go there. Jumpers beware.

to bad the tree is gone....id like to get the stats on exactly how many people died there and got hurt... I hear people made bad decisions and tried to make it to the lower half from the trussel.. i live right across 28 about a five minute walk...maybe 7 . i saw the helicopter air flight a kid cause i hear some one jumped and landed on his head... to bad split his head open ....or so i heard.... did see the helicopter land and pick him up be careful
