@hudamustafa82 He's using normal sign language. What makes it look so strange is that he's doing what a lot of deaf people do who hang out together, by using hang gestures to convey humor. My mom is deaf and has a lot of deaf friends, most of which speak just as erratic as this fellow. From what I could gather, he jokingly asked the lady if she was gonna run the light, then mixed in humorous hand gestures suggesting he was kidding, while at the same time saying he would never run a stop light...

@hudamustafa82 Then when he got pulled over, he was using the same gestures while at the same time calling himself a loser and probably some other things that I couldn't make out. So yeah, it's really just a side of the deaf community that a lot of people probably don't see.
