Yes she does, Danny Smith even said that that they go as a couple in season 4 with was full filmed but never shown, after all the episodes of season 4 were filmed in America because tv stations didn't want to play it anymore.

And Lori even says that she thinks that he is cute, when he's not being a dork in the third season, which you haven't seen yet.

@Writer954 they should've shown the 4th season.

i;m making fanfiction episodes of season 4 and Lori and Merton are together. Tommy has problems with his wolfing out and he can;t tell lori or Merton cause he thinks that they will think he still has feelings for lori, but he;s just worried about finding the right someone out there for him. They deal with some monsters but it manly focuses on friendhip/relationships and real world problems.
