This weapon is a JDAM with a laser guidance system built into it. You can bomb using the GPS, or bomb using a laser designator. A JDAM that now can hit a moving target. A standard JDAM is for stationary targets. Damn, that bomb hit was overkill i believe. A 1,000lb bomb for a car. Damn, maybe some parts of charred skull, a shoe wit a foot in it..you get the picture.

There are aircraft mounted LASERS capable of engaging and DESTROYING targets using nothing but the LASER. Ghessh you guys think we are still in the 50's??? LOL

@GlitchGang Only on certain ones, it's experimental, and still very buggy yet. But they are field testing it in situations where we already have air superiority. It relies on precise targeting over a period of time to reach temperatures that will ignite munitions. It's a long way off really from standard use.

@3rdID8487 Ok first off if it were a laser then it would burn the truck and you would see the truck rolling while on fire. Also what your seeing a a kinetic shock wave at points where the weapon fired and when it hit. A laser would not create such results only HE rounds and or shells would do so, A laser would require direct contact for a while to do that much damage so quickly. if you had any idea how particle and light beams work you would know that, I'm sorry you're wrong based on facts

Gheesh doesn't anyone read anymore? I never said it was a LASER by itself that did that damage, for the sake of smart people everywhere, READ THE DESCRIPTIONS and research before making fools of yourselves!!
