I adore TOMS and what they stand for. I'm ordering some soon! :) Do they fit true to size, or should I size up or down?

They do fit true to size. They tend to stretch out a bit but not too much. I wear a size 7 so I got a size 7 and it fits great.

@xxIreneCaffeine when i got mine , i got them at saxon's shoes (a shoe store , idk if you have one) they fitted my foot to be a 7 1/2 and the shoes fit right at 7 1/2 ! they might seem like they are a little tight like the first 2 times you try them on , but they fit your foot perfectly after that . they're made with cloth so they stretch easily . make sure you get them snug fitting ! lol
