K, these are not direct translations. I'm just putting working meanings behind the words.

Chao keng = something like 'don't do anything properly'

Chao kenger = someone who chao kengs (...)

Siam = to avoid

Sai kang = literally 'shit work'

Extra = extra duties, mostly carried out of weekends

Vest slacks = attire with army pants and army t-shirt, mostly worn when doing sai kang.
