  • I had this for 2 years and it wasn't nice, tried several things and then discovered the massage idea. Soon as you wake up, do gentle stretches and then the massage. 2 weeks and it was sorted. Any sign of a return and I'm back on the massage. It worked a treat. But - not over stretching is a key point. 5 mins worth before you stand up and you' might get a result as I did.

  • Me too. My goodness, Id been suffering from it for a year since it came back and was about to go see a doctor and ask him for a shot to relieve the pain, when I found this. The next day, the pain almost gone. Now it just a little uncomfortable, compared to unbearable acute pain every step during work. Thanks so much. May God bless you.
