So I google search what cream cheese in Italian is. It is called 'formaggio cremoso'. I guess they were lost in translation. I have similar problems too when speaking in a foreign language that I'm not fluid with.

@jtan8372 That a literal translation, most Italians do just refer to it as Philadelphia. Whenever I've visited my family in Milano I've only ever heard them say 'philadelphia'.

@LielaVue Their 3rd child is Marco, the little blonde boy. The baby Lisa tells him about is the fourth one. There is a whole ep about the birth, i think it's called Cake Boss Baby Special on this channel. Hope that helps.
