@gamepowner9 The taunt is super/hyper combo cancel-able - just do a special move like katanarama or a hyper combo immediately after the taunt and it will cancel automatically.

Deadpool's taunt is the only taunt that can be canceled into a special(or Hyper) Its also has a hitbox and can damage people if they get hit by it.

So, does the taunts have a purpose? My guess for the first one is that it makes kinda easy to pull off the Katanarama (since it doesnt makes him to go forward), I usually fail to do Katanaramas in the middle of combos on the first try with my ps3 controller :S plz correct me if Im wrong. But you SHOULD learn how to use the Taunt and how to cancel it into other moves. It's what makes Deadpool....Deadpool.

As someone already asked. Is the taunt necessary to do the combo? As awesome as it is.. There's no way with my stick setup that I can do it. Reaching up to hit select then moving back to the buttons... no just not. I'll probably mash on something I shouldn't.

@Coldviper18 no it isn't necessary, while you taunt before you Katanarama, it actually hits afterward, so Katanarama is all that's needed for the OTG
