This is well done, I saw your comment on DP voyager. Only thing I'm missing is the EPIC BASSLINE from voyager. I do like the soft approach but a hard guitar/base on top of it would be so awesome.
I think the main thing about daft punk is that although all their songs have that very daftpunky style, they're all really different from eachother. So just try to make each song different, but not out of style... thats kinda how the good bands are put together (unlike general celebrity stuff where each song is the same...)
