For what my comment is worth. I would still rate the West Indies of the late 70's and 80's the best players ever. And I am from Australia. The only weakness they had was playing against spin bowling. Also I am an Australian cricket tragic.

great match it's a pity that it wasn't shown live on tv at the time then people would know it was just as good as the first tied test dean jones 200 was named in the top 5 knocks by aus batsman of all time not a bad feat
