i love the old fashion movies like this, when kissing scene is going on it stops there. today they would be humping by now and the camera man would have gotten a shot of her tits and his ass. they don't make movies like this anymore. this movie is really refreshing. thanks for posting my mom was 10 yrs. old and remembers this.
This man's voice is every bit as sober as OW's must have been. I didn't know a documentary like this exhisted. Thank you Hwy for sharing with us. I think it would be very difficult to understand how people thought at that time and why it was taken so seriously. America was shocked over the fact that scientists could invent and use the atomic bomb so I don't think it would have been shocking to see how people reacted to this broadcast. People didn't know how dangerous smoking was. Nobody knew.
"Two Sleepy People" was not played on that Mercury Theatre program, it was however played on the competing Charlie McCarthy broadcast that night.
