@die421 You've got to feel the flow of the beat then assert those parts of the song into the end of each bar. It helps me too listen to the beat on a loop and say the verses in my head as the beat goes on. That way I know how its going to come out on the mic. I'm certainly not the best yet, but I'm getting the hang of it.
