No the russians are angry because they're so stupid they couldn't figure out how to build a simple plywood plant. I've seen their plywood and it is SO POOR no one will buy it. Until russia can figure out how to do anything right they will suffer. The Finnish people are smart people with a reasonable government. russia has a broken mentality from decades of corrupt thinking and it's still that way. Last time I was there we had to pay off officials to get anywhere,,, that's broken.
