I too wonder why people are so quick to bash. Just because this is fast and effective they think something is wrong. I have yet to see real negative results...are there any from people who have tried it? Its my opinion of course but being obese and overweight seems to cost more and be more harmful to your body than to spend one month losing weight quickly. Lots of people are turned away by something they themselves don't have discipline to do. I wonder how many haters of hcg are still fat:)

ShrinkingSummer, I was hesitant too. I went and did my research, watched a million hours of you tube videos and came to the conclusion that if it's working for thousands of other people, why not me? :)

I read Dr. Simeons "Pounds $ Inches" as well, you must have that book, and read it a couple of times! You can get it free online in a few places.

I ordered my HCG from a place called pharmacy escrow and went for it. Mixed my solution for sublingual according to mamaclok (youtuber)......

YAY! I flopped the first time I tried this diet. You REALLY have to be in a good mental state to do this but I got back onto it last week and this is the end of day 7 on the VLCD and lost 10lbs! There was a local news story on this diet and all the reasons why this is so bad, .my friends at work and family all have nothing positive to say about it. I actually haven't told anyone but my husband I am doing it because its so controversial. But I feel good and it working.

Where did you purchase everything?

I purchased my HCG from Pharmacy Escrow, and I purchased the 50 Day Injection Kit from Amazon (cheaper)

HCG PREGNYL 2000 I.U. (KIZER-G/UNI)- ($65.99) USD - 5 AMPULES (vial). It's 5 because each vial will cover anywhere from 9-11.5 days depending on how many units you feel you need per day. Untis per day are any where from 125-175iu(s) per ampules (or vial).

@ShrinkingSummer Advantages with the injections mostly comes down to convenience; you take your injection in the morning and your down for the day. To where as with the sub-lingual drops, you have to take them throughout the day (15 drops 3x/day I believe) and there are some other rules that also go along with that. I haven;t looked too much into the drop myself to be honest. Overall the injections were just the easier and cheaper choice.
