@Harzhopper Merc was repared for 150 euros and for R4 to get it running needed 600 euros because of damage that was done to the chassis. So it ended up on scrapyard.

My dad owned a 1978 mercedes w 123 200D I drove it, stolen from dad, when i was 14 it was beautiful to drive it, I never drove a car but this car was just special, it did what you asked to do, it was super safe to drive. ah yes no experience to shift the gears but they went on theyr own inside, and the engine was torqy ennough to not stall.

I drove also an R4, not mine ofcourse, it was just a clanky thing, and it stinks of gassoline inside

@mrmare90 your all right! the w124 is my grandpas, he bought it 1991 and around 2007 it was put out there on my aunts yard, still starting and running as you probably saw. :) ive had mercedes in my family for 4 generations and theres a reason for it, they´re the best cars ever made!!
