  • Huh? Do you have any EVIDENCE that Jewish Yemenite songs are from Arabs? King Solomon's "Song of Songs" predates Yemenite Jewish exile & speaks of man's love of woman, though it is metaphor for G-d's love of the Jewish people. Yemenite Jews are the only community to preserve the ancient Jewish tradition of the 24 jewels of the bride to be seen by the groom to increase his love for her. Henna in Hebrew is "kofer," "atonement," to protect the bride from Adam's first bride's vengeance.
