but while will government not use excess crude oil fund to rebuild refineries and then stop importation of fuel. this man has said he can contradict himself so he is a confused man already.

fuel subsidy is just a way to legally transfer money make by some individual to them self and make these few people who sponsor their elections not to be angry. Another thing is that this man is delude like Gadafi and cut of from the masses because he did not even know what is masses or common masses
