My Great grandpa was in WWI...then my grandma's two brothers got drafted into WWII...Then my dad went into the Army for 20yrs, ready to fight, when he came back home he was almost caught up in the Gulf War, but other forces took care, then he retired (as a ssgt). I am so proud of my dad and for my family's history. Everytime I see a Veteran I smile and shake their hand for their service. Maybe one day I'll join a force, like the Airforce. Time will tell.

I recall being a kid and my dad took me over an old man's house. That old guy told me about World War I. He didn't say a lot, but it was enough. A few years later I met a Vet of Korea. He showed me the scar on his arm from a bullet. That was enough for a kid to never forget. Since, I've met many other Vets of WW2, Vietnam and the war of today. All I can do is try to make this country better and worth coming home to. It's the only thanks, I have, even more so for the guys who never returned.

First of all, I think that this kind of comment is out of place in a video giving respect to the best of us. Second, what ARE you talking about? Is this a paste of some article or a condensated dose of pro-Obama, anti-Bush rhetoric propaganda so loved by these "free thinkers" called liberals, these anti-conformists that all look, act, shop and argue the same. No CIVILIAN service, political, EMS or Law Enforcement should try to equate their service as equal.

America should pay for a $1,000,000 life insurance policy on every serviceman.

This was a nice tribute, but as I am a female veteran, it would have been nice to have shared some pictures of fellow female soldiers, airmen, seamen and veterans, not just mention 2 times as "sisters" in the video. There were only males in your video- S. J. Clark, Veteran, USAF
