how long did it take to tab this? it took me a good 5 days. but on the first verse of the breakdown after the sweeps, its D on the D flat and an on A flat. everything else was alright. sweeps were a bit rusty though

No probs. The dude from TDWP seems to play a Gibson SG, which is a bit weird. If you can get an Ibanez, LTD or Jackson with EMG 81/85 active pickups then it'll sound badass ;)

I use a 2006 Gibson Explorer with 60/81 EMG active pickups, but that will set you back at least $1700. BMTH use the Ibanez RGT6EXFX model with 81/85 EMG pickups and a fixed bridge, which costs about $900, I think. Because they play in Drop B, you'll need to buy thicker strings to play BMTH more effectively but that will prevent you from tuning up to Drop D, which The Devil Wears Prada play in.

I just tune down to Drop B with standard gauge strings, it's not bad but the tone is less sharp.
