It's not a homing missile, its a Predator Missile. It's a missile launched from a UAV (Un-manned Air Vehicle) which circles the map until you launch it. You control it via a 'laptop' and it does not 'home'.

Also, the 'package' thing, is called a Care Package.

1.bad spawn time example team rushes bam they behind you when sniping

2.maps either to big to much cover or to small

3.25 kills for a nuke ftw needs 20 emp is 15 should be 10 or 8 emergency airdrop 11 cuase 4 killstreak rewards

4.on prestige get like 5k kills for all titles emblems on one gun retarded and to many titles and junk make half as much

5.last still people abuse noob tubes should make 1 shot for them and one man army is like infinite amo

Actually, I just played Karachi and blocked for my whole team with the riot shield (Earning points for being hit by enemy fire) and my team won 7500 to 2800. It has it's uses, but if you are going for high kills...yeah, it sucks.
