  • I was curious -- how do they disperse the food produced? You mentioned this garden was meant to encourage the people living in the nearby projects to participate in growing some of their food, but you didn't see them taking advantage of this opportunity, and instead, outside volunteers were doing the work. So . . , when things are harvested, who gets produce?

  • Great video John! The straw mulch for the strawberries would prevent the soil from splashing on the berries causing bad spots. I have noticed a lot of professional strawberry growers use black plastic for that reason.
