Eluveitie is awesome. I've never heard any other band meld traditional folk music and metal so well. By that I don't mean just the instruments, because a lot of bands do that really well, but also traditional folk tunes they use in their songs in addition to original compositions.
Maybe other bands do it too but I'm not as familiar with other traditional styles like I am with traditional Irish/Celtic music.
