Kishi stated in an interview that he wasn't gonna let the release of Volumes for Naruto reach triple digits so I don't think there's going to be any Akkipuden. But if there is going to be an Akkipuden, or whatever ever Kishi's gonna call it, he'll have to come extra good with the storylines.

The way things are going now, either naruto kills sasuke, sasuke kills naruto, or sasuke returns to leaf (after the leaf is or isn't destroyed and kabuto dies or lives and all that stuff).
