  • first i laughed seeing Americans storing and caning . But since there s so much vids , you scared the shit of me . Next year , no more grass in my front and backyard , vegetables , everywhere . Thank you from France

  • For a more professional video, your husband should be replaced by a tripod. And he should be taking care of the baby out of range of the microphone.

  • @enlightenment2u why are people who prepare lunatics? Is it really crazy to think this way in this economy? People are losing jobs everyday in America. If someone has a 3 or 6 month supply of food then loses their job then they can at least not worry about going hungry. And as for the baby in the background, you're an idiot. So whT the baby cried for a couole of minutes

  • I saw you had a Shelf Reliance HArvest - are you a Shelf Reliance consultant?

  • @enlightenment2u You really don't get it.

    I feel sorry for you.

  • Does a yr supply work the same way? I want to work towards a 1 yr supply just repeating the 3 month supply 4 times and keeping staples on hand that are long term items like powdered milk and eggs and use them everyday . I am new to this but my 1 month supply has already come in handy.

  • In an emergency, Phil, you won't be able to stock up because people are going to clean out the stores before you get there!

  • Cute little german, very aware too.

  • I got a good laugh out of your assistant in the background...providing comment and opinion.....

  • Ugh I hate hoarders. My family grew up really poor so they have actual psychological trauma that causes them to hide food everywhere and buy food we don't need just to throw it out. Most Americans are fat, that fat on your body is your emergency food storage, duh. That's literally what it's there for. In Europe, people are way thinner than us and pay more for everything, and yet they buy fresh food for themselves every day, and only buy what they need. That's the way to be healthy.

  • @razorbladekissss It would seem that you may have actual psychological trauma as well that causes you to 'hate' those who are concerned that their might be a natural disaster and they'll have to live off the food they have stored. How long do you think your fat will last you before you get hungry when trucks can't bring in food everyday? Keeping a 3 month supply of food gives you a buffer if there's ever an interruption in your food or money supply. It's common sense and self reliance.

  • @phil801 Most people in America are fat, getting more food should be the least of their worries. If there's an emergency, I will be the 1st to go stock up on food. But no I don't think it's sane to plan for a doomsday scenario out of glutonny and boredom.

  • @razorbladekissss I watched her video twice and didn't hear her say anything about doomsday. Last winter we had a blizzard and no power for two weeks. I was the only one with food, water and toilet paper. Luckily, I was able to share with my neighbors. I also have chronic health problems and am often too sick to run out to the store. With my food storage I can rest when I need to. Also, when I have to take off work and don't get paid for a couple of weeks, I don't have any food expenses.

  • @heirloomessentials Right, and your case applies to the majority of people who are going to watch this video. God just shut the fuck up. I hate receiving these stupid responses in my e-mail 1st thing in the morning. The majority of fatass, lazy Americans do not need a 3 month food storage. They need the opposite.

  • @razorbladekissss If you wait until AFTER it happens, there won't be anything to stock up on. While you may not be obese, you do have that same attitude of entitlement that is characteristic of most Americans. Of course things will be available to you, as they always have been. That is not the case. If you check research and literature, it is based on historic facts as well.

  • @razorbladekissss If you wait for the emergency to come about before stocking up you may not get there in time or you might get caught up in the grocery store riots caused by others like yourself who want to wait for the emergency.

  • @razorbladekissss Body fat is for short term energy use-not months. What about water?? Sounds like you have psychological trauma as well. Also, do some research & discover what hoarding actually is. You're actually using the term incorrectly. Dedicated food storage requires using what we store so nothing goes to waste & we only store what we actually use. You issues with obese people?? The girl in the video is thin-as am I. FYI--we also have Clean, neat, orderly, organized homes.

  • @heirloomessentials No, body fat is literally long term energy storage by definition. Americans are so fat and stupid. It looks like it is you who needs to do your research...lol.... My home is also clean, neat and organized...except that in every cupboard there is like a war-supply of everything. From knives, to plastic bags, to shampoo, to food...

  • @razorbladekissss Actually, YOU need to re-research your information. I am a medical processional and in the situation we're discussing, "short term" is defined as six months or less. No human is designed to survive on fat stores that long.

Since you're complaining about what is in the cabinets, I'm thinking you still live at home with your family. Your responses & vocabulary also leads me to believe that you've not crossed into adulthood yet. Grow up, THEN talk to me.

  • I like all your videos. Good points.

  • ...got to love common sense if you like survival, and it is imposible not to admire those brave enought to uder common sense in a era of pre-programed notions. Great vid to get every looking at the cover of the book girl. keep it coming.

  • damn i love a woman who knows her place

  • Not to say anybody posting here is ignorant, but if you think that your helpful big government isn't preparing to open military operations here on American soil, you are delusional! This Video actually contains very useful, and intelligent information, which has been prepared FOR you. If you do not see the need for this information, I worry that you will be caught of guard by what is coming, and also, I don't think the person in the video will give you anything, I know I won't...

  • food storage is hot

  • why are we storing food to last for 3 months? is this incase of a war? and what can someone do if there on lower income and cant afford to replace used items with twice as much? This is good in theory like ive already said but cant be done for the average family in any country

  • @ukgardener It can easily be done by the average family - I know because my income is quite average and I've been doing this for years. If you're an average person with an average income, what are you going to do in this economy if your average job goes away? When it comes to food, you'll be starving within a week if you don't have food stored.

  • Is this in case we're attacked by zee gerrrmans? When was the last time American families needed 3 months supply of food storage?

  • @COAbrand Like last February when large sections of Kentucky lost power for 6 weeks. Not quite 3 months, but please don't be so dumb as to say "It cannot happen here."

  • @COAbrand i know people how needed it just this year after losing there job. they only need 1 month but stil.

  • Take the air out of your car tires and put food storage there. :)

  • YES every day there are little emergencies.

  • thank you so much for this, we actually grew up doing this but somehow as youg et older you seem to shy away from it, I've recfently started following your advice and it's been going really well. I love the food pantry list you have, that was a BIG help.

  • Thnx 4 a gr8 vid.

you might want to include that if you stock up on diapers that you should keep the receipt because who knows if the kid will hit a growth spurt. Maybe that goes without saying, i dont' have kids so IDK.

  • TY so much for all your advice, videos, and web site! I stumbled on it while looking up info about food storage on youtube. I am new to my journey..but, so far your advice has really helped me alot:)
