I have 2 questions. Why in most of these videos sometimes appears another helicopter down of the TV helicopter. Is it the police helicopter?

Has the police their own helicopter view plus the signal of the TV's view? or they just have their own view?

@simcity3000 There are other network t.v helicopters and also the police helicopter, police rely on their own and sometimes even television chopper.
