I was at the top myself, but i really enjoyed it, especially the last 20 minutes, when he sang Glory days and Born to Run...in one hit....and then of course Dancing in the Dark, a complete classic.
I totally agree with benuglow. I'm also a MASSIVE Bruce fan. This was the third show of this tour and the worst I've heard. The band is GREAT, Bruce is AWESOME. The sound at Emirates..just didn't work.
yeah sound waas bad the worst thing was that they under sold the concert the area at the front was empty and the main standing was 1/3 full not bad if you want a drink but it does afect the whole expeince and why where people telling me to stop dancing and singing idiots prob there only concert of they year anyway dont like to moan bruce was supurb i just hate promters getting away with a sham
Well thank you for saying that...my partner & I were wondering if it was just us having a 'bad day'? Any others out there? The more feedback promoters AND artists get on YouTube the better. Stadium rock CAN WORK...I've seen U2 and the Stones absolutely rock Twickenham in the last couple of years. I am a bigger fan of The Boss...but last night, I think we got screwed. Sorry.
Been Bruce fan since 13,like many I was influenced by the river/nebraska/Born in the USA. I then went back into his back catalogue and found the treasure. Bruce transended the working class with his romanace and grit. However, £50+ ticket and venue like emirites/old trafford (POSH coperate) working class these aint! It's not his fault he will never recapture the packed stadims of the 80s when he was in charge (hence the BOSS) he made sure everything was spot on (sound checks etc)
Continue..... I can't afford £50+ to see my favourite artist and travel, accomadation etc!Come on guys £25 a ticket, true fans queue up and collect = full stadiums.
I completely agree with you ! When he played Rosalita i could barely hear a single word. That was my favourite song but this was defintely the worst sound system ever!!!
I was there too last night. Let me just say that I am a MASSIVE Springsteen fan. BUT -- I was BITTERLY DISAPPOINTED. Not with the band, but with the venue. The sound system was pathetic. If you feel the same, pls post your comments also on YouTube and let's get something going here. LiveMusic should be something special - this band is special - but real music lovers are being ripped off at venues like the Emirates Stadium (which was half full, by the way). Do you feel the same way?
Noo noo, Bruce and the band are thes best, as you said but the fans now the words and they now the spirit, I think it's awesome, LOVE bruce and the Band :D
Where is was sitting, every seat was taken. I only saw a few thousand seats empty on the west flank (as the gonners call it). Maybe they should have been a bit more reasonable with the pricing on the night, if you like, just to put bums on seats at the last minute, oh, and to rock the stadium into a full and greater atmosphere than it was.
cool, more like this at mybrucespringsteen

dazady45200 3 years ago
it did sell out, it just doesnt look like that.
obviously they can't fill the stands behind the stage, and the whole of the pitch was pretty full...there were 60,000 people there!
it was awesome.
