Better to do yoga with a teacher who has some knowledge of ballet technique. The exercises presented here presume you already understand your body and its placement, especially balance and turnout in the center, from a ballet dancer's understanding. This would be very frustrating and easy to do incorrectly by someone who doesn't know how to feel the body as a ballet dancer does.
@prettygabby Stretching can be a good way to make your muscles leaner and not so bulky. Look at people who do yoga, they are very strong and defined and they very often have long lean muscles.
