i was at kumeu round 1030pm friday night and what i saw was making me think real hard,lol,was like look a shotting star quick,as it went across the horizion my mate then looked and it lasted 5 seconds or so and was very fast and went up and down motion real fast ,then 430am then the following night at 1030pm,strange and the sounds around the world,and cloud formations,waves?i can evensee some wavey clouds nowlol

7) Satellites are present at most times of the night and day regardless of what any internet site says. Typically you can see at least one satellite every ten minutes over New Zealand. There are more satellites and space junk out there than is publicly referenced.

I believe in UFO's. But this video, although interesting, is probably satellites. If you can take some more videos of this, showing a change in velocity or angle, and with reference to a constellation, or stars, that would be good.

@insite64 Fully get what your saying BruThanks And I myself am sceptical I only called it UFOs because of the fact that its "unidentified" nothing to do with ET. but whats weird they go in all directions and some even cross pathes Satellites dont do this at all :)

And in relation to the sun at the times this was taken cant reflect on a satellite go have a look at a ball see how the shadow falls just a guess anyway. I try to see it from all points.

@insite64 and you can tell the direction because if you look you can see Orion, canis major , cygnus, or centaurus in the vids . Have a look and let me know what you think!

5) Depending on your night vision apparatus, the sensitivity of your device may amplify the twinkling or background noise as the detected photons fluctuate across the threshold level for the ccd array.

6) Would be good to know the position in the sky relative to the bright stars so that the background stars can be identified and a course plotted. Its difficult to do that with your footage.

Had a look at all your ufo vids so far.

These seem to be satellites.

1) Some satellites flash or blink due to varying reflection of sunlight as they rotate (space junk can also do this).

2) There is no evidence of any change in direction or velocity. All straight line trajectories as would a satellite.

3) Atmospheric inversion can cause twinkling and appearance of sparkling in the night sky.

4) Lens marks can reflect sparkles into the aperture from sources beyond the direct field or view.

at around 1:15 you can see another one going about 3cm blow the main one; it's moving to the left.
