I have this game, but I play MW2 more often. Is UAV Jammer a perk similar to MW2's Scrambler? I really don't like that perk, because it always alerts someone of your presence. I think it's better for a rushing class, becuase if the other player has the time to look for you, the odds may be equal and reduce the perk's effectiveness.

No, the Scrambler perk is different than UAV jammer from COD4. Cold Blooded is the perk most similar to UAV Jammer; it makes you invisible to enemy radar, heat sensors, and thus sentry guns. Though you must supplement that perk with Ninja to be invisible on enemy heartbeat sensors and to have silent footsteps.

I will say this - I think its stupid to complain about what weapons you use and what perks, even if its an M16. If you're a good enough player you learn to exploit these, ie, with an M16 player, use stun grenades!

Anything else than SP is considered nooby for Perk 2. Promod rules 4tw, so bomb squad and deep impact. If there's someone you don't need to tell how useful DS is, it's me, but it's scrubby, actually having to crouch is a lot more fun as well. But yeah, it is the best perk.

There are a variety of perks that do great things in combination with the right weapons etc. but like I said people that use only SP on everything.
