Well, I think the bill is a good idea, but I also agree that the centers which do provide abortions should have signs stating such as well. That will make it easier for everyone. This is indeed an important topic when looking at the sustainability of future generations and the possible lack of resources for them if populations continue to rise.

Why do people care? The affects on the human race of abortion are profound, Not least it instills into the human psyche that life is realdily disposable and there of little value. If you can legaly KILL an inconvenin unborn baby, than why not inconvenenient born ons? there are many vulnerable people in the world, due to poverty,Health, droughts, and of babies growing in the womb, about 50 million are BRUTALLY KILLED ea year, by ABORTIONISTS. I think it's very simple. If you don't believe in getting abortions, then don't get one. What gives people the right to force their anti-choice values on someone else?

Why can't we learn to respect the rights of women to make this difficult decision based on their own beliefs? Why can't we trust women to do what's right? This isn't an issue about what you believe, this should be issue about whether or not women can control their own bodies.

There is no scriptural record in either the Old Testament or the New Testament explicitly prohibiting abortion. And it's not because abortions didn't exist back then. Women have practiced this since time immemorial. Do you have any evidence that abortion is a sin, or that God will punish you for it. Because if there is no evidence then this is just your religious dogma trying to dominate the views of every woman in the world.

Well of course some behaviors are good while others are bad. But that doesn't answer the question of what morality actually is. It certainly is not objective. If it was objective then only things that could measurably destabilize society would be deemed immoral. But thats just not the case. So how can you objectively claim that abortion rights are morally bad?

Well at least you're consistent about being pro life. I can respect that. However on abortion if the fetus does not suffer then I see no reason to disallow abortion. I can also think of many very good reasons to get an abortion including but not necessarily limited to rape, incest, and positive results for genetic anomalies.

No because there is no such thing as half a person. When the sperm and egg are joined it creates a new being. It's basic biology.

I personally don't think the death penalty is necessary and shouldn't be used (I think they should work hard to at least repay something) but as long as a convicted murderer is being executed I'm not going to stand up and defend the killer.

I don't like abortion, but I understand it needs to remain legal. Otherwise, we will have more Casey Anthonys in the world, or women will try to perform an abortion themselves. That's why I think it should remain legal. What about a woman that's been raped. Should she be forced to carry a child, she doesn't want? I think we should discourage woman from having an abortion, and that will make some of the abortion rates go down.

nope, even early on it's a different being than its mother. If not at conception then there is no way of ruling when it is actually a human being and it might as well be at birth (which partial-birth abortion justified).
