Ive done that with 2 grand ams, a dodge ram, an eagle summit, a dodge minivan a chevy lumina and would have with a ford taurus if the ebrake worked. Just no smoke on the front wheel drives since its all hand brake action
You can't turn off the ESP unless you disconnect the Yaw sensor (do so at your own risk). The traction control is on the switch, but the ESP will still take over if the car gets sideways.
@nthnkilgore just buy cheap tires to play with, i can get 4 brand new tires for my pickup for $200, roast 'em in a day, and put the good ones back on.

You can turn it off. just by hitting a button, I know from my dads Chrysler 300C.
