  • ,flow, lyrics, style, punchlines, delivery, storytelling, good topics, influence, these are what an mc has to have not like lil wayne

  • Krs1 shut up!!

  • I am base god

  • stop being a fool realiteecheck ...you swear like the mainstream Rap of today is the same thing of the true Hip Hop of back in the day. An MC and a Rapper will cannot fall in the same category.

  • Shit I agree with this !

  • A Rapper is pop commercial wackness.

MC is part of the Hip Hop culture and knows the roots of the Hip Hop culture and Hip Hop world.

  • In 2011

Rapper = everything you hear on the radio

MC = everything you don't hear on the radio and have 2 dig underground 4 it

  • i think it's hilarious that KRS-1 can just make up his own separate definitions of 2 words that mean the same thing and everyone runs with it like he's God lol.

  • @ReALiTeeChEkk

Agreed, he tends to do that, I love KRS-1 and I think he represents a step in the right direction, but he can be carried away sometimes by what he sees as his role of "leader" of the hiphop nation and just say whatever he feels at the time.

  • @ReALiTeeChEkk rappers and mc's are like squares and rectangles bruh

  • @TimboBumaye , i guess if KRS-1 told u the sky is falling u would stay indoors.

  • @ReALiTeeChEkk nah but if he said the truth id listen. what he is saying isnt true just because he is who he is. im not even that much into KRS i dont blindly believe every word he says but when he says something i already know is true i have to agree with him

  • @TimboBumaye, So when Jay Z raps about struggles in the hood he is an m.c. but when he raps about all his money then he turns into a rapper lol That's corny bullshit. KRS-1 called Lil Wayne a dope m.c. on another video. But by his definitions on this video Lil Wayne would be a rapper, not an m.c.. When u try to separate the 2 words they become contradictory with many artists.

  • @ReALiTeeChEkk First of all i dont care what he says about lil wayne. and like i said squares and rectangles, if you dont get that analogy then i dont care

  • @TimboBumaye, squares and rectangles are not the same thing and thats all i need to know about your analogy to say i disagree with it. If u dont care about it then dont reply to me with some stupid analogy.

  • @ReALiTeeChEkk A square is always a rectangle but a rectangle isnt always a sqaure go back to geometry class idiot.

  • @TimboBumaye, sorry if i'm not a nerd that thinks of rappers as shapes in geometry. Either way it's still bullshit son. Like i said, KRS-1 made that shit up on his own and sheep like u just follow his words. No one ever separated the 2 words until he said it. Back in the early days rappers were rappin about all different subjects and no one ever said this one is a rapper and that one is an m.c.. It makes no sense BIOTCH.

  • @ReALiTeeChEkk Why do you think drake is never called an mc but a rapper? because he isnt an mc he is a rapper. if they are the same thing how can he not be an mc? and yea i guess being the slightest bit educated makes me a nerd shut your ignorant ass up

  • @TimboBumaye , "rapper" is the common term people use for anyone who raps. If u went to the bronx and asked 100 people "who is KRS-1 ?" most or all would say "he's a rapper". So if Drake makes a song about struggles in the hood is he all of a sudden an m.c. during that one song lol ? If he is not then give me your exact definition of an m.c.. Knowing what squares and rectangles are is not being a nerd. Thats pretty basic. But using them to describe rappers is what makes it sound nerdy lol.

  • @ReALiTeeChEkk KRS just gave you the definition idiot. and dont give my that hypethetical bullshit because if drake actually even knew anything about struggles in the hood he wouldnt write about all other that dumb shit. he writes pop music for VH1 and MTV which is why he is a rapper not an emcee. and i must be a nerd by using a metaphor because rappers definately dont use those dumb things right?

  • @TimboBumaye , funny how u keep calling me idiot and ignorant yet i'm the one that knows how to spell hypothetical. I knew u wouldnt answer the question cause it fucks with KRS-1's made up definitions. You're still hurt over the nerd comment i see lol. It's not the fact that u used a metaphor, it's the actual metaphor u used. You knew that but the nerd thing hurt u so bad u keep trying to spin it in different ways lol.

  • @ReALiTeeChEkk Your an idiot because your asking me a question that KRS answered and your ignorant because you think being a little educated is nerdy. im not spinning shit you just dont understand something so i use the simplest comparison i can think of which is squares and rectangles but apparently thats too complicated

  • @TimboBumaye, it was obvious that i understood KRS-1. I just disagreed with what he said. So it makes no sense for u to say i didnt understand him. Your analogy was not only nerdy but useless. Here's a question KRS-1 didnt answer so lets see if u can. I made a mixtape with 10 songs & 5 songs talk about me having money & bitches. The other 5 songs talk about me growing up poor, early pioneers of hip hop, single mothers, staying positive, & the government being crooks. Am i an m.c. or a rapper ?

  • @ReALiTeeChEkk If you dont know the difference between an mc and a rapper then i dont care about your stupid mixtapevthat you prolly never made anyways. its like this, anyone who raps is a rapper but you have to earn the title mc these days.

  • @TimboBumaye , "you have to earn the title mc these days"... "these days" are the key words there. Because back in the early days it was just another way of saying rapper. But now that these simple rhyming pop rappers are getting all the fame and money, KRS-1 wants to separate the 2 words. But like i've pointed out, there are too many contradictions to give them completely different definitions. Like my mixtape example ?, where does Jay Z fit in ?, why does KRS call Lil Wayne a dope mc ?.

  • @ReALiTeeChEkk you know what, keep calling soulja boy an emcee and just get laughed at i dont care.

  • @TimboBumaye , as far as Soulja Boy goes, if he had come out in the 80's then yes he would have been called an mc. They would have said he's a "weak mc" or a "fake mc" or as Run DMC put it and made the term famous in a song "sucker mc". Because it's just an old school term for rapper.

  • @ReALiTeeChEkk But he did not come out in the 80's. hip-hop has evolved since then. so now you have to admit that soulja boy is not an mc. but how can he not be an mc because he is a rapper isnt he? arent they the same thing?

  • @TimboBumaye , Soulja Boy sucks but doesnt he represent "street fashion", "street language", and "street entrepreneurism"? KRS says those are 3 elements of hip hop. Jay Z has songs that would make him an mc & a rapper so which is he? 2 Live Crew & Too Short mostly talked about fucking bitches & thats not representing hip hop culture or corporate interests ? There are plenty of subjects u could rap about that doesnt fit either definition. Questions like these are why i dont accept his definitions

  • @ReALiTeeChEkk your saying they are the same thing yet you wont call soulja an mc. he is a rapper so according to you he must be an mc so why wont you call him one?

  • @TimboBumaye , lmao avoiding all those questions i gave u huh ? Hell i dont even like calling Soulja Boy a rapper or an mc cause he sucks so bad at it. But since he does get paid to rap thanks to very ignorant kids then i will say he is a horrible rapper/mc. And u thought i wouldnt say that lol ? Run DMC describes him as a sucker mc. By KRS-1's definition he is an mc. Does that mean that Run DMC, KRS-1, and myself are all wrong ? Now answer that question and the ones i asked in the last comment.

  • @ReALiTeeChEkk what obligation do i have to answer a questions you have? and you say you dont accept KRS-1s definition. i dont care whether you agree with him on the specific things that separate an mc from a rapper, my issue is you said they are the same thing and now your calling soulja boy an mc. so forget what KRS said its not so night and day that you can describe it like that. its more complicated than 1 minute video but they are not the same thing

  • @TimboBumaye, 1st u said KRS tells me what an mc is in the video. So i asked logical questions that challenge his definition. You dont have a clue how to answer them so NOW u tell me to forget what KRS said cause it's more complicated than a 1 mnute video lol. Well u got all the time u need so whats the problem ? All u can say is they're not the same thing. But u cant tell me why ? If u cant answer my questions then i guess u dont really know what the fuck you're talking about then now do u.

  • @TimboBumaye you just need to do some research if you want to know. not youtube videos, but do some real research on the hip hop culture, and you'll see the remarkable difference between someone who holds respect and represents a community of HIP HOP, and someone who exploits the IDEA of Hip Hop for financial gain. It's not your fault if you don't see the difference, but there is a history worth reading that will give you an answer and a reason to respect it. But you can make up your own mind

  • @Renthefaceless i was being sarcastic. i know the difference. if you just read the one comment i said then it is completely out of context

  • @ReALiTeeChEkk Cuz you know he hasn't had experience being an MC or anything.. his opinion is obviously not valid at all and his reputation earns him no merit to speak on hip hop. You're right, I'll just listen to your youtube informed opinion instead, I'm cool with that.

  • @Cheerios11992 , i guess a young guy like yourself would think KRS is the god of hip hop and everything he says is the gospel but i know better. KRS has alot of knowledge on hip hop of course but sometimes he says some stupid shit and this is one of those times. Rakim has just as much respect in hip hop and he said an mc is simply someone who can Move the Crowd or a Mic Controller. KRS once said Lil Wayne is a dope mc. That completely contradicts his own definitions of rapper and mc.

  • that aint alll true lissin if you a mc you rep for the whole scene i respect that but if you a rapper you dont have to be mainstream you can also represent yourself and your crew

  • true that

  • fuck lil wayne

  • "RAPPER SPIT RHYMES THAT ARE MOSTLY ILLEGAL

MC'S SPIT RHYMES THAT UPLIFT THEY PEOPLE" - guess who? ahaha

  • @zarenj21 Krs One frm the track classic

  • @zarenj21 KRS ONE!!! where's my prize lol jk,,

  • @zarenj21 KRS-One Homie Aha

  • It seem like everybody keep talking about Lil Wayne The Carter 1,2, and 3 all the time but people rarely talk about him bein in the Hot Boyz days, Tha Block Is Hot, Lights Outs and 500 Degreez. Everybody actin like Carter 1 is his first album. Even the young think that the Carter 1 was his first album.

  • MC = Rapper

  • @Fin6as WRONG!

  • Krs-One did say tht lil wayne was the dopest mc out....its in this one video, its like 40 mins long.....but to me lil wayne doesnt have talent at all, maybe before he was alright but now hes jus whack!

  • @Y2J75 Yeah Lil' Wayne is pretty crap these days, but listen to Tha Carter I & II. Easily some of the best rap albums of all time!

  • @Alexlevy47 More like Rapper = H2Od down MC

  • @HardcoreTheoryTv krs one called wayne the dopest mc out

  • @ThatIncredibleJordan ya maybe back then before lil wayne starting singing on auto tune carter one was cool carter 2 was better although he didnt write the lyrics on the whole album carter 3 ehh it passes but thats about it anything he else he brought out is whack

  • @xxx6920032003 All his mixtapes are good

  • the irony here is amazing that our all calling lil wayne wack!

krs one - lil wayne is the dopest MC out

  • @intent100 nah he actually told him he was the dopest rapper, not MC

  • yo check out this song "Emcees vs Rappers" its based on this concept. Real hip hop at its finest!

    watch?v=7elKYsFmchk

  • well said krs "An mc can be a rapper, but a rapper can never be an mc"

    real shit

  • I MADE AN ENTIRE SONG BASED ON THIS CONCEPT PLEASE CHECK IT OUT.... watch?v=7elKYsFmchk

  • krs 1 is just as wack as nelly nd lil wayne these days. he thiniks he knows everything about everything. after a while that starts to get annoying.

  • @ENOCHwithaGLOCK Lmao..... Krs1 is a king of Hip-Hop. Go write that shit on one of his songs and see what people think about it.

  • @rappsix i know he is but i dont care.

  • @ENOCHwithaGLOCK ummm yea krs one is not whack.....thts jus blasphemy haha

  • @ENOCHwithaGLOCK he knows more then thos two rapper he has been in the game since lil wayne was still sperm dont talk shit about krs if u dont know nothing about him

  • @MrBaphomet666 yeh,, but hence why krs said an mc can act as a rapper which is what he has to do nowadays..lil wayne for example could never be an mc... but the fact is his newest stuff is still astounding lyrically no matter what direction the hook no matter the subject, like anyone making a successful album thesedays you have to have a single lol

  • @MrBaphomet666 Not entirely true, i only disagree with Eminem, as he is an Mc where 50 Cent etc arent. He originated by the truest possible form of battling he is a genius lyricist. He only evolved into a more all rounded MC to pay the bills but still spits the illest shit. As KRS said an MC can be a rapper, But a rapper will never be an MC, Eminem is an MC and can also be a rapper.

  • KRS ONE pronounced as god? i think so, do you ?

  • true , true , str8 up bullshit [ lil wayne ],

  • He really makes a good point. I'm not gonna pretend like i don't listen 2 drake, wayne, nicki or anybody else out there. I'm not gonng lie 2 myself like most people do. They say they hate this person but they have that artist on there Ipod. I'm gonna be straight up. I believe hip hop is staying tru 2 urself and i think it's wrong that corporation has an influence on what hip hop artists say in their music. I agree we need more MC's than just rappers. I'm glad MC's like Rah Digga have returned.

  • I hate Drake more than Little Wang I think....but it's VERY close

  • KRS-One always breaks it down so well.

  • stupid

  • who could dislike this?? and why??

  • Respond to this video... MC= lupe fiasco/B.o.B/EM/knaan..... rapper lil wayne/and every one else that never makes sense lol

  • KRS said that perfectly.

  • well said

  • KRS one said LIL Wayne was an emcee its on an interview I saw on youtube he said his style was bananas! and im not making this up at all look it up personally im not a Lil Wayne fan at all

  • @zurdo20005 I think he said that when Lil Wayne was actually rapping lol.I don't know what the hell hes doing now.

  • For ANYONE who gathers up the Testicles to even utter Drakes Name in the same breathe as Any TRUE MC.....Ought to be Tied To a Bed-Post with a Scolding Hot hanger lingering up there Ass.......like....tsssssssssssss..

  • @ceriah311 Torture Motherfucka Torture!! -Methodman

  • @ceriah311 I think it's too soon to call Drake a rapper or a MC.Give him some time.I still think he's better then Soulja Boy.

  • @neecee401100 Haha drake can never be an MC, he represent nothing about hip-hop he is purely commercial with no substance.....soulja boy is neither hes just a commercial puppet, with no talent

  • @7thAFC I prefer Drake to Soulja Boy his lyrics actually have some substance if your comparing those two together. All Soulja Boy can do is make dances.

  • wow he relly made that simple good shit krs

  • nigga its the same shit

  • @gunsyrosas87 no there is a difference, MC= rhymes to entertain the crowd or people and a Rapper=rhymes to tell stories and more like make money. "Cause to me MC means move the crowd"

MC=Rakim, Rapper=Tupac (not that pac is bad)

  • @ThatIncredibleJordan incase u didnt notice i was just joking but at the sametime arent mc's also telling a story?

  • @gunsyrosas87 sometimes but the goal of the mc is to entertain the crowd

  • @ThatIncredibleJordan thats true but thats why i said its the same because mcs also ell stories...example:grandmaster flash:the message

  • @ThatIncredibleJordan nobody in hip hop history have moved people like pac, so youre wrong

  • best definition i heard

  • Lil wayne isnt a rapper hes a fag.

  • Rapper = Lil Wayne

    MC = Rakim

  • lil wayne sure as hell aint a rapper

  • sorry to tell u but he is a rapper

  • @sKpTkSCG fuck no! he's not even hip hop

  • @RaminMe2 i think u mean he is not an mc

  • @sKpTkSCG i think everybody misunderstood me,and KRS isn't totally correct when he said this

lil wayne to me is not a rapper nor an MC, he's in it for money, what he does is not Hip Hop, he's more of an Pop artist, now u think he is a rapper because he's init for the money, yeah but KRS is not totally right, he said an MC is a person who made a new thing and a new movement, lil wayne did, but it's not hip hop, so is he a rapper? no he does'nt rap, he kind of cries n sounds lik a cat on autotune

  • @RaminMe2 lil wanye is a pop artist

  • @Lytebrightwc he ain't even a rapper, he's like just an entertainer or a rap singer or sum shit like that

  • I RESPECT YOUR COMMENT REAL SHIT!! YOU COULDNT SAY IT ANY BETTER

  • @Lytebrightwc calling lil wayne a rapper is giving him too much credit!! he aint shit

  • @Lytebrightwc Crapper more like it!

  • @Lytebrightwc If you all hate Lil Wayne so much why do you always write about him, me i just dont listen to the music i dint like

  • @MrP945

Well shit I couldnt tell you what lil wayne's last single was... lol

  • Comment removed

  • brother ali is definitely not new. maybe new to YOU....

  • if your lookin for new talent. BROTHER ALI. true MC. nuff said

  • he means with a ' rapper is a representitive of coorporate interests ' ... that those foes only thinking about money.

  • lupe is the best mc right now, maybe people like cory gunz and micky factz will be able to get their name out there a little. but its stupid people that will pay 100 buck so see a lil wayne show and buy the plies cd that are fucking up hip hop. mcs used to be respected by everyone

  • lmao lupe? Is he even an MC? I honestly dont know. To be an MC ou gotta freestyle and battle in a cipher w/ other emcees to earn the title. Did he do that? Even if he did, KRS is still around. Talib Kweli is still around. Supernatural is still around. So none of these young cats can take that title. Ass for lil wayne, fuck ur right,. ppl are whack.

  • Well said by KRS.That is the problem with hip hop today a lot of rappers with style but substance almost no real MC's. For all you youngters that were not around in the mid 80's to early 90's you don't know what you missed.

  • i do

and i like the fact that i do know about it

    the real Hip-Hop

    the culture

  • Im the next MC....

  • only KRS can tell u tht he made tht philosophy

  • i feel you man

  • Comment removed

  • Jadakiss and Cassidy are rappers, while papoose has the seed of an MC flirting with growing into a rapper, which is sad. I see potential in the young man.

  • no Jadakiss is and MC that can be a rapper....member what KRS One said...an MC can b a rapper but a rapper will neva b an MC.....well dat wat jadakiss is...he's an MC dat is a rapper from time to time.....jadakiss isnt a representative of corporate interest....jada doesnt do it for the money...he aint out there doing auto-tone in da mainstream rapping with all this glit and glamour...he was for a while though....but he stopped it cuz he dat aint him

  • "an MC is a representative of hip hop culture, a Rapper is a representative of corporate interest. an MC can be a rapper, but a Rapper can never be an MC" TRUE WORD, same shit i been tryin to explain to these fools who don't know the difference.

  • A.K.A. lil wayne...when he says hes the greatest rapper alive...he aint lying...he is may be the greatest rapper alive...becuz a(n) MC he is not

  • Man u could not made it any clearer than that... there are not many real mc's out there now

  • yeah..i didn't want to throw any names out, but you got it. let's not call him a rapper tho, coz the rappers i know are great MC's. we can call these dudes mainstream rappers, or money rappers, or sellout rappers haha

  • rappers u kno are great MC.....didnt u just hear KRS one....a MC can b a rapper but he clearly says a rapper will neva b a MC.....so what great rapper u kno that is an MC.....and its not like KRS is god and wat he says goes but he is rite though

  • nigga i think you confused yourself, i can't even tell if you're agreein with me or comin at me from an angle. lets put the term "MC" aside. my point is that GREAT rappers are not made from money nor fame, so the thought that lil wayne is the greatest rapper is false. the GREATEST rappers come from the roots of Hip Hop, the dudes who speak on the REAL. i think we can at least agree on that.

  • jadakiss and cassidy are some of the best emcees

  • I would pay to hear KRS ONE talk even if its for only for 10 minutes.

  • When KRS ONE Spoke his words about the definition of what an MC is. The first person I thought about was MF DOOM

  • exactly. doom is never mentioned but he fucking owns most other emcees. and he does RAP as well, i suppose. whats the point of definitions anyways...

  • mf doom ftw

  • its evoloution thats all it is rap evolved from hip hop an example greek, roman, latin and german languages evolved into something called english, we all speak english but we all still know where the words and meaning came from we can trace back its roots, just like rap and hip hop

  • I don't know where you came up with that crazzy talk, but if anything the music that is produced today is a de-evolution. To evolve is to become better than the previous generation not worse, get a clue, and i don't mean that in a bad way, you will evolve with more knowledge.

  • im not talking bout the shit today brother, im talking about ice cube 2pac common nas nwa etc. if you dont see these artists as evolving then you are just one of those ignorant east coast original hip hop fans "hip hop/rap started in the east" people, if you disregard those rappers i just mentioned peace

  • just to put you on my brutha Tupac is NOT from the west coast he is from........drum roll pleeeeeeeese.........................BROOKLYN NY.........MEDINA THE ORIGINAL HOME OF THE DODGERS........we gave you the dodgers and tupac wow LA owe us bigtime

  • yeah 2pac was born there lived there for a bit moved to baltimore then finally L.A 2pac says this reguarly but he also says L.A was my only home the only place i felt i belong

  • it doesn't matter NYC is what made him.

  • he moved to Marin

  • YO just wanted to point out that Tupac, NaS, and Common are all from NYC and nobody's got shit on em. Honestly, Nas ain't as tight as he was in the 90s.... i'm not feeling anybody's new shit like i felt their older work. It's just a different feel now.

  • @KyMace Commons from Chicago

  • EXACTLY!!! Honestly I hate rapperz, i hate rap muzik, I hate tha thought uv rap.....but Hip-Hop iz not only a culture, itza way uv life.

2 me, ur either an artist or an MC. point blank period, ur dismissed

    (i prefer hip hop artist)

  • I understand your disgust for the term but , Rap ,good or bad is just an activity, and it is part of hip hop. Commercialization of it is the root of your anger, don't throw the baby out with the bath water, that only empowers Hip Hop's critics

  • KRS one say some sick words man ! thats 4 real no doubt ! hes a masterpiece in Hip Hop

  • KRS droppin knowledge as usual. man hip hop today, nobody is an MC anymore.

    50 cent- Rapper

    Lil Wayne-Rapper

    T.I.-Rapper

Kanye West-Good, but is a Rapper

Lupe Fiasco- probably the only MC i know.

Hip Hop today is garbage. the 90's was the true golden era of hip hop.

  • ur wrong, lil wayne =singer lmao!!!

  • hahaha lmao thats funny

  • naaaa, lil wayne = straight up wack lol

  • Would Ice Cube or Snoop be considered MC's ?

  • I would say yes, they are MC's, but now they are more rappers

  • KRS ONE DROPPIN KNOWLEDGE.

    He's 100% correct.

  • hell yea. great words of wisdom from the man himself KRS-ONE. cant believe people actually believe that bitch Nelly won. people just don't know Hip Hop anymore

  • check out these new artist tryna bring real hip hop back.. 1LYFE - DOA is now RIP (Jay-Z Cover)

  • It makes perfect sense because an MC isnt fake in his portrayal of what's going on, he/she is raw and pure because their thoughts are not restricted as opposed to a rapper who's lyrics and freedom are restricted and parallel to that of the corporate industry. In essence an MC can be a rapper for the fact that they can create a self published label and sell to their freedoms whereas a rapper follows corporate guidelines and they cannot portray hiphop in its form

  • anybody know the song that starts at 0:41

  • Who in the game would you consider an MC and who can consider a rapper.

  • T.I.- Rapper

    Immortal Technique- MC

  • I'm from the South who would you consider a true southern MC?

  • brothadude--- These are some names that come to mind for as Southern MC's or above Rappers lyrically for the most part

    CunninLynguists, Little Brother, Andre 3000

  • Don't forget Big Boi and jin.

  • Scarface, is an alright southern rapper, but dunno if id consider him a MC

  • hes an mc he has a deep message that ppl feels

  • i forsure wuld consider him an MC he always has a message whether good or bad in his song and ive heard a lot of scarfaces musik one of the very few in the south

  • idk much about mc from the south. unless you name me someone famous then i can search it up and hear and distingish for you

  • ok would you consider Chamillionaire a southern MC?

  • I would not consider him an " Emcee " though

He is just a Rapper to me...just me

You see there might be a lot of good decent Rappers BUT there Not Emcees there level of lyrical skill is NOT on that level

  • I understand that, thanks for not clownin me for asking. I just got to represent cause I'm from the deep dixie line south and all we have are "Get crunk this" or "get money that". I'm a millionaire and lil wayne fan only cause they focus more on lyrics then phat beats. It sucks cause I'll never hear a true MC from my area in south florida.

  • im in south fla also n ur right we do produce crap lol the best music dwn here is underground basement type music and the cloest thing we got i wld say is outkast n some trick daddy like his first 2 albums

  • look up celph titled from tampa fl ur in for a suprise

  • damn dude ull never hear a true MC from Florida well ur in for some luck look up this MC... "Celph Titled" he is from tampa bay and lives in nyc now though but yea he's a monster makes chamillionaire and lil wayne look like nursery rhymers lmao check him out...if u aint feelin him than hip-hop is not for u lol

  • celph is a beast and hes from my hometown the puchlines he comes up wit r ridiclous

  • Best Celph track for mine is 'Diablos' Sin-A-Matic 80's remix with Louis Logic feat R.A The Rugged Man.

    Sickest punchlines you'll ever hear.

  • brothadude ----- You see there are a lot of wack "Rappers" and you have a lot of Nice "Rappers"

    BUT too many Emcee's : )

  • brothadude ---- Here are just some examples currently in Hip Hop the list could be longer I kept it short & kept it on a Mainstream level so you have an understanding with a few exceptions : )

Rappers: Soulja Boy, Lil Wayne, Shawty Lo, T.I., Slim Thug, Rick Ross,Yung Joc, Lil Scappy, Gucci Mane, Hurricane Chris, MIMS, Lil Boozie,D4L,Project Pat,Young Jeezy,Flo-rida,Webbie,OJ Da Juiceman

    Plies

Emcees: Immortal Technique, Lupe Fiasco, Common, Mos Def, Nas, Can-I-Bus, Jay-Z, AZ, Termanology

  • That makes sense, you might hate me for this but I think Lil Wayne has improved more lyrically he still a rapper though.

  • dude your shitting me lmao

    chamillionaire ???!!!!!!!

    where did that dude go....?

    Remember what krs-one said

We'll Still Be Here- referring to all tru mc's
