Finally someone who shows what we can do with that amp simulations.

Many guys complain that they suck but its just a question of the guitar and they sound really nice in this mix ^^

BTW I have a little "Secret Weapon", I'm putting my whole effect board into the audio interface, including my tubescreamer, by using the tubescreamer the sound of the amps is even better as with the software tubescreamer of the plugin, u have to try it! sounds ossom!

It is using Firewire connection port! Yes, I'm plugin the guitar direct to the one of the inputs

Ok good sir could you please tell me how to properly use this when recording? I use Sonar 8 and when I play guitar through Amplitube 3 it is just a clean guitar. That is until after i record! Then when I play back the Amplitube sound is there! How do I get the effects to play back During the recording and not after?

If you have a good guitar then your best bet is probably to run Amplitube 3 (with cabs disabled) through Revalver MKIII (with only the cabinet impulse loader loaded) and use GuitarHacks Impulses (some of the built-in ones are good too). It will give you the full sound that both Amplitube 3 and Guitar Rig 4 lack when used alone.

nice sound i like this knida sound for my setup of amplitube as well i use a art tps II preamp with a custom voiced 12ax7 its cool ony 150 bux and its got switchable voicings with varible impedance and xlr or balanced or hi-z for guitar adds the dynamics of tube plus you dont have to use the preamp on your daw ill post soon

The sound is in the fingers. Dimi demonstrates that well with always muting unwanted noise and precision playing. Great sound though.

I have downloaded a 10 days trial of Amplitube 3 and tried to recreate the patch/settings - but I don't get that tone. I play a SG Deluxe into a 2FAT and then into TC Konnekt24D.

Is the demo mastered in any way? Your sound seems very huge compared to what I can achieve dialing in the settings which you show in the clip.

Can you by any chance post the patch here or on your web site, to see if there is something vital I'm missing?
