I think OJ Simpson commited the murders but I also think cops fiddled with evidence and that is why Simpson got off.His constitutional rights had been violated and the defense pointed out this.If I was on that jury I would have let him off.
i'm with vincent bugliosi on this simpson issue. the defence stratergy was a disgrace and a bugliosi led prosecution i have no doubt at all would have definately resulted in a conviction of oj simpson for 1st degree murder.
Don't be so sure of Bugliosi, he hadn't tried a case in 20 years at that point. Johnny Cochran was asked about Bugliosi once. Cochran said that he would've loved it if Bugliosi was the lead prosecutor. There are a some things among the legal wrangling that goes on in the court room that openly irritate Bugliosi. That would have been to his detriment. Cochran would have worked that to death.
The Innocence Project has freed almost 300 wrongfully convicted people on DEATH ROW for crimes it was finally proven they did not commit as well as freeing hundreds of others who were locked up for other serious crimes they did not commit.
