  • LOL @ rule #2. Wouldnt have it any other way!

  • KTM all the way baby!

  • the "Start" i remember was 3,000 Bikes and Riders all lined up in a Row. like 1/2 mile long, and ONE Flagman. "Go" Insanity after. and, 1 billion cubic tons of Dust n' Dirt in the Atmosphere! Lol! here, looked like a more "Civil" start procedure. one at a time, clocked few seconds apart. and thru a Checkgate.

  • i remember growing up in late 60's, early 70's Vegas, it was wonderful. I was sooo into Riding Cycles and Bicycles and just the Desert. all those wonderful, Early 70's Dirt bikes. maico, DKW, Bultaco, Husky's, Penton, Hodaka, CZ, the list goes on.......i'm was sublime over that shit. and "Barstow to Vegas" had just started. i also remember when the BLM shut it down mid or late 70's i think. great that it's running again.

  • awesome! that would be really cool to do..Does this still go on?

  • Great video!

  • Loved the video. My buddy and I rode the event this year. He didn't make it out of the big sand wash...bike problems. Can't wait to do it again.

  • Great video Matt! It's funny, when you watch the video it looks like everyone is plodding along when in reality most of the shots are taking place between 45 and 70 mph. When I hit the rock that took my Husaberg out of the run, I was going somewhere north of 60 in deep sand. Makes you appreciate the guys that used to do it a hell of a lot faster on bikes with 4 inches of suspension.

Great riding with you until my DNF!
