This buffet is located in the Shangri La Hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui East, Mody Road, Kowloon. Also I would highly recommend Cafe Too, at the HK Central branch of Shangri La Hotel. As for the "Shang" on HK, it is a must see property, one of the finest hotels in the world. The buffet (both lunch and dinner) is mind-blowing. One of the most stunning displays of food to be found anywhere in the world. In my experience, the best buffet in Asia. Average price including tips $45 USD inclusive.

Wynn Las Vegas probably has a similar sized spread.

Looks pretty good, similar to the spread at Cafe Too at the Grand Hyatt. Honestly the best buffet in HK is probably the Sunday Brunch at Nicholinis/La Brassarie. If you ever head to Shanghai, the sunday brunch at Westin will blow you away.
