@jmoyet Yea. I think it would be a fun project. Im just not sure how the backpressure will be effected if at all. Since the muffler is huge and the pipe is about 5x wider than both the exhaust pipes on the engine alone, it should even out maybe. Ill just have to get someone with a welder and combine both the exhaust pipes into a bigger pipe that will go all the way back to the rear where Ill have to build a bracket for the muffler. It might work.

@hempseed57 first,Briggs and tecumseh lawn mowers are 4stroke, thatsa 4stroke scooter muffler.Two stroke "expansion chambers" work by using precise lengths of pipe to resonate and reflect a pulse back to the opening exhaust port perfectly timed ( tuned) to keep any of the incoming fresh fuel charge from flowing unburnt out of the exhaust port. (it stuffs it back in until the piston closes the exhaust  port. So you make more power
