I spent all that time collecting combo card and the "Full Deck" doesn't trigger? Fuck this game. Dead Rising 2 just pissed in my corn flasks hard core.

@WoahBenn the exsanguinator comes with the blazing aces when you rescue the tape it or die survivors on day 4 at 9:15 am. They only appear if you give them a cement saw and plates on day 3 at 6am (There is no phone call for this.) They are in an underground room at the back of the kokonutz sports town shop in the palisades mall. Hope this helped :)

@kyle21ify Tape it or DIE mission 1 is secret you gotta go to Klutstown Sports on the 3th day in the morning theres a door in the back talk to everyone one of them should say they need plates and a cement saw when you give it to them they give you the combo card and Tape it or DIE mission 2 they should call you and say they need your help and they give you the vaccum saw with its combo card to fend off zombies hope it helped! It took me 5 playthroughs to find the door and to finally open it lol

No you don't need combo cards to make the combo weapons. The combo cards just give a bonus to whatever combo weapon they correspond to.
