Dam hate to say it but not that impressive, the rest and only 5 rep sets take it down a notch. Here's my video of doing 315x15 on deadlift, and in 1 minute 20 seconds at 17 years old bodyweight 190. Again, not trying to bash, just saying not as impressive with the long rest and all, still hard though.
@shootingman99 Why even comment on this video? You can't compare the two! If your going to compare the two don't you think you would need to actually try the challenge? It's called a challenge for a reason. It's not called the Deadlift 315 x 15 challenge it's how many you can get in a half hour:) And I don't think you can pull 500lbs. once and I don't think you could stand and fight him either so the comment is irrelevant.
I know the only reason I posted mine is because I knew someone would say "oh another person without any videos is talking trash" or something like that." Pulling 500 has nothing to do with being able to pull 315 for 100 reps though. But screw that I said earlier, just don't us "Tik Tok" for a video like this. That is all I have to say...
@shootingman99 Damn hate to say but you're an idiot. Comparing 315x15 to 315x100 like they are even remotely close. Tom Lawlor's feat here IS impressive, considering not many people can do it, including yourself. It is "bashing" if you call something that's impressive, unimpressive.
Hmm the champ in a repetition lift but max lift you lose! And he weights less than u ;) don't u have some ppl to go choke out at The Jungle MMA and Fitness?! U like that plug don't u. See u tomorrow......KB and treadmill is waiting for u!

great work! We have a trainer who can pull 500lb. at little under 200lbs. and he was able to do 80, not an easy task!
