@1gemini Yes I am sorry this is the first tutorial that I made and It was before I knew how to make a good video :) At what time on the video are you having trouble with ?
Ok...so just looked at video 4 of 4 and see that you give instructions on how to enlarge the beanie. So if you wanted to do this for an adult would you just keep adding rows of the same increase you show until it is big enough and then continue with the steps to make it longer. Or would you do bigger increases in each row?
Thank you so much for this video!!! Very easy and understandable!!! I have just made it and love it!!! Can I ask you, for how old baby is that hat? Cause in Teresa's size chart it says you need to make it higher. With 11.5'' circumference the hat height should be 5.5'. I am confused....
Thank you so much for this and all your tutorials, they are super helpfull and very easy to understand and to follow. I just made this beanie for my mom, I did it a #5 bulky yarn and with a border in purple. =)
Hi I'm having trouble after we create the circle, chain 3 then I'm lost as to how to create the 3 double stitches. Mine looks nothing like yours at that stage. Please help!
i couldnt figure it out, i used a diffrent video to help me, howeverrrr, i still love this video and maybe when i get moree time ill try again, but thank you anywayy [: i am sure i will get eventually:)
omg...i heart this tutorial...i started making this during my lunch break...i see alot more of these in my future...i was having trouble with another pattern and almost gave up until i came across this video...a huge thank you and a ^5 (high five to you)...
ive been trying for so long to make a hat! im going to try this one, my sister is have ing a baby in december, and i want to make her some sort of hat, if this doesnt work, i dont know what to do! and i also get VERY confused on double crpchet and tripple etcc
@TheCaliCooper Hi, I think this hat is pretty easy. If you get stuck let me know. The double crochet ypu wrap the hook once and the treble you wrap the hook twice:)
I've been trying on and off for weeks to make something and watching and following your tutorial helped me 'crack it' this past week! Thank you so, so much. I've made 3 beanies for the little one I'm expecting and finished one for my 2 year old daughter this morning :) I'm looking forward to creating so much more from your videos.
Hi, your video was very helpful to help me get started on a hat. I am currently working on a pattern and I got stuck and was wondering if you can help. These are the instructions, what does it mean?
Brim: Row 1: with main color, sl st in 17 th stitch from back joining space, sc in same space, sc in next 21 stitches, ch 1 turn.
is there a seamat the back on the hat that you are making ? if there is it looks like you have to count 17 stitches from that seam and then join in new colour with a slip stitch, sc into the same space, and then sc into the next 21 stitches around and chain 1 and turn and go back the toher way ... the brim isnt worked in rounds it worked in rows (back and forth)
I made one of these in an adult size using 2 pieces of yarn at the same time with an L hook. It came out awesome! The person I gave it to for Christmas just loved it. Thank you so much for this and all of your videos.
