Zlatan was treated extremly bad by Pep in Barcelona. He has said in interviews that Pep didn't even look at him, and he didn't even speak to Zlatan! What kind of trainer is that? I think Zlatan is the kind of guy that if you show respect to him he will show respect back. If you cant see that he was worth every milion of the transfer money you really cant anything about football. IMO the coach never gave Ibrahimovic a chance, but I'm Swedish and I've always liked "Ibra", so I'm biased. First he got a lot of playing time and all of a sudden he was watching the games from the stands. According to himself, the coach never gave any explanation. Zlatan was treated extremly bad by Pep in Barcelona. He has said in interviews that Pep didn't even look at him, and he didn't even speak to Zlatan! What kind of trainer is that? I think Zlatan is the kind of guy that if you show respect to him he will show respect back. And what I really love about Zlatan is that he doesn't shut up about it, which I think A LOT of other player would do if they'd been through the same thing.

I always said the worst player fc barcelona could buy was zlatan because he really is everything barca wasnt looking for. A loyal, down-to-earth, patient player. He would never accept to be put on the bench without extremly good reasons or unless it was his own choice. Barca don't work like that so it was really unlucky for both parts, in my opinion.

You can throw me as many quotes as you like, the fact remains that Ibra was Spains 2nd most economical forward last season. Wasp are right, 21 goals in a debute, its almost to good to be true. He was one of the most sucessfull players that barca have bought. If you cant see that he was worth every milion of the transfer money you really cant anything about football. When your new to a club it usually takes 2-3 seasons before you score the goals that Zlatan did.

IMO the coach never gave Ibrahimovic a chance, but I'm Swedish and I've always liked "Ibra", so I'm biased. First he got a lot of playing time and all of a sudden he was watching the games from the stands. According to himself, the coach never gave any explanation. Anybody would lose his confidence by being treated like that. If he wasn't good enough, at least the coach could have told him so and explained what he needed to improve.

I think its weird that Zlatan's reputation is "bad" after just 6 bad months!
And sold (loan) already, I think there is actually more pressure there than in Madrid!!!
VvD, Sneijder, Robben al got at least two seasons and Benzema got another chance!
Sneijder had a lousy 2. season (worse than Zlatan) and Robben was injured all the time, And Benzema is a huge talent! Vdv, ups and downs, but with Ozil, Canales and Kaka, there was no room...
I belive Zlatan is still excellent and so is Robinho

@RealMadrid4evah to be honest as a Barca fan I'm disgusted with the way they do things. the way they just got rid of Ronaldinho after all he did, same for Rivaldo and so on. as for Zlatan well he's MAD talent and I hope he gets another chance. its messed up the way things are. i think a player needs at least two years to adapt to his new team after moving, i mean the pace, rhythm, passing, attacking and defending are all too different in a new league. these days footy is CRAZY

I'll was surprised when Barca where after Fabregas unless iniesta were gonna play winger, cause Iniesta, Xavi, Fabregas is 3 playmakers and kind of no ball-winners :P
Besieds they had Busquets who did well in WC, so i tought he would be a big part of barca then they bought Mascherano..

Zlatan might be the forward with most strengths tough: Pretty good pace, strong, good in the air, very techniqual, good vision, very good touch and shot power along with balance, long shots and finishing!

Pep should really get fired. They lost a lot of money by selling zlatan. Just watch Malmo, ajax, juve and inter. He wasn't so good in the first season but in the second season he completely dominated. In barca he didn't even get two seasons.
