  • And thous the last days of America are played out....

  • fake and gay

  • down with the gays

  • They stole the RAMONES logo!

  • I am so glad that this piece of legislation has been repealed!

  • wow, this story is so heart wrenching. imagine unable to marry the one your heart is set on. those 2 women are so in love. hope i can experience true love.

  • Wow, Nancy Cott's credentials are unbelievable! I bet she's an amazing teacher!

  • Thank you all for producing this. It is fascinating to have this trial be brought to life. This is history in the making... no less phenomenal than The Scopes monkey trial, or Brown v. Board of Education. We live in truly wondrous times.

  • Laws should be written to prevent people from hurting other people not to designed to prevent people from hurting themselves. If consenting adults want to marry each other then they should have the right to do so Straight or Gay. Gay Marriage hurts no one just like Straight Marriage.

  • @ErikS1975FreeState Here here!

  • @DblOSmith

    Thanks

  • "This is a plea for social change," the judge wrote. "If homosexuals had a fundamental right to be married to each other, this plea would be unnecessary." Berks County PA Judge Scott Lash ruled as "unsupportable" the couple's argument that same-sex marriage passes the test for being a "fundamental right."

  • Perry, I am a gay male currently in a relationship with another male. I cannot marry the man I love and who I have been with for years. We can't get health insurance benefits together and we can't adopt children together. Watching these videos of the re-enactment of your trial brings me to tears. On behalf of myself and my boyfriend, I wish you luck. Remember: liberty and justice for all, including gay people.

  • @UltimatePuppy I'm in the same position and I feel the same way.

  • Who and what we have sex with is not a 'civil right'. It is not genetic, but a choice. Homosexuality was once listed on the APA's mental illness' until a gay psychiatrist rallied to have it removed. Not because it was no longer a mental illness, but for political reasons. To alter the sanctitiy of marriage is heinious and irresponcible. It will not succeed as evidenced by the already 32 states whose citizens overwhelmingly voted for DOMA's, Defense of Marriage Act.

  • @iprazhm on what grounds is homosexuality a mental illness. I can tell you from experience that, while obviously sex is always a choice, being gay is not a choice. It is just a thing, like a personality trait

  • @WaCoproductions All sexual behavior is a choice. "...Even those who choose to abide by God's design for sex within the confines of a married, monogamous, man/woman relationship, how, when and if they engage in sexual behavior, is a choice. It has nothing to do with unalterable, unchangeable, immutable characteristics.". Peter Heck Columnist

  • @iprazhm You can't use religion for these arguments. It's the worst possible choice. That's probably why the lawyers in Perry v. Schwarzenegger never say, "You can't get married because God doesn't like it." Also, later videos show from this case that it was from empirical scientific data that homosexuality was removed from the list of mental illnesses, not political movement. In fact, it's the opposite. Political movement made it go on the list of illnesses in the first place.

  • @WaCoproductions where is your proof that gay faggottry is not a illness even santanist them self admitted that they perform homo acts to whership bahphomet your obviously ignorant to the truth but like they say the truth hurts

  • @zangetsue5150 There is plenty of proof on Wikipedia's homosexuality article, or on Google. Instead of demanding other people prove you wrong, try proving your own claims correct.

  • @UltimatePuppy wtf? i all ready did prove my claims were correct you earned the award for stupidest comment of the day lol

  • I've been sitting at my desk for 4+ hours watching Day 1. Yes, I have lots of work to do but waching this is soooo worth it.

  • There have always been restrictions on marriage, but this is the first time something like this has been made public. You know what they say-anything can happen in Hollywood!

  • this video's gay....jk

  • love is my religion....

  • @andyastro1 Love, balance and magic are the primary three tenets of my religion, so I'm with you, my man.

  • Thank you so much for what you are doing!

  • Nicole Hoelle, the Actress who plays Nancy Cott really has that character down :)

  • You all are angels!!! This is a great undertaking and it will be of incredible value for years to come. Your efforts are so appreciated!! Hugs!!!

  • The woman that plays Sandra Stier is actress Tess Harper. She looked very familiar but couldnt figure it out until I Googled!

  • Roughly how many videos will there be per trial-day? And how many trial-days were there? Just wondering how much time I need to set aside to watch it.

  • @MarriageTrial;

Is this the same video that was uploaded last week and then removed? I d/l that one but it had a bunch of "glitches" near the end.

Just wondering if I should take the time to d/l this one again?

  • This video looks bigger (854x480), shorter (1h1m40s), and it looks like the glitches have been fixed.

  • Prof. Cott is my new HERO (or hera, rather)!

  • Thank you for uploading!

These videos are worth more than gold.

  • Thanks so much for your support! It really does encourage us as we keep plugging along. MUCH more to come...

  • Thanks for the video!
